This cool down is an advancement from Cool Down 1, with a set of deeper stretches. It should ideally be completed after Cool Down 1 if you’re looking for a longer stretch session at the end of your workout.
This simple cool down is perfect for stretching your full body after any of our workouts, reducing the DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) you may feel the next day. Feel free to hold any of the stretches for longer, or repeat any where your muscles feel a little tight.
