Exercise Level: Beginner

Our beginner workouts are perfect for those who have: never stepped foot in a gym; haven’t exercised in a while; or for those who aren’t confident exercising and want to start with the basics. Every workout is guided by either Hannah or Caroline, so all you need to do is follow along! Plus, if you haven’t got any equipment at home, we’ve included some workouts where all you need is yourself.
